When I met Alison and Ken we immediately had a great connection! These two are just a perfect match always laughing and we talked for hours without missing a beat. At that moment, I knew their wedding day would be absolutely memorable and amazing to photograph.
They chose the beautiful mansion at Graydon Hall Manor. It’s a private oasis in the heart of the city of Toronto. What I love most about this unique wedding venue is the gorgeous bridal suite overlooking the gardens. When your wedding guests arrive they enter through an elegant appointed Great Hall with plush furnishings, ornate moldings, sunny bay windows, charming wood-burning fireplaces and hints of the garden inviting guests to experience the allure of the formal gardens. Then they have a 160 foot-long stone terrace wraps the length and the west side of the mansion, overlooking the fountains and the formal gardens in the backdrop.
The outdoor ceremony area is just breathtaking! Once the guests took their seats, Alison walked down the stairway with a live saxophonist playing. She was then joined by both of her parents and walked down the aisle as Ken watched her. It was fun and joyful and I’m so happy to share these photos today!

From the Groom:
“My days are filled with laughter because she makes me laugh. The only other person that ever made me feel this way was my mother. And laughter was a gift that she passed on to me which I have shared with others. Alison’s ability to make me feel this way is how I knew she was the one!”

Their wedding was classic, clean, and elegant. Alison walked the aisle in a Pronovias collection gown; a tulle dress with a mermaid silhouette, draping, sweetheart neckline, and a chapel length train. The gown was purchased from the same bridal boutique from which Alison’s mother purchased her own dress to marry her father in 1974.
