Montreal Engagement Session | Yvelin and Maureen
I traveled to Montreal for work three times this year! This time it was to work with Yvelin and Maureen. They are getting married in Ivory Coast this year! On the day of their engagement shoot, it rained, but they weren’t going to let it stop them. We walked around the Old Port and then headed to the World Trade Center in Montreal. It was a lot of fun and they were so gracious as I tried to speak in french to them. I’m nowhere near bilingual although I tried. It was much easier to stay in my lane. I’m really happy that I got to meet them and create something beautiful despite the rain.
SCP: Tell me about yourselves. How did you meet? And how long have you dated? Where was your first date? What did you do?
Y&M: The first time we met was at a common friend’s house in 2009. When I saw her, her beauty hit me and the only thing I wanted was to know her better. I was really amazed by her personality, the exceeding joy that she brought out … It was something very new to me.
