Shola wanted to create some fun, fearless, and confident images to celebrate her recent engagement to the love of her life! What an awesome and empowering thing to do before becoming a bride!! Although she was a little nervous, moments after her shoot she sent these kind words: “I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for an amazing experience and for being so good at what you do. As nervous as I was, you made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to do it again. I had sooo much fun.” Those few words made. my. day!

It’s never easy getting in front of the camera, but I admire Shola’s ability to trust my direction while looking flawless and absolutely glamorous! In the early planning stages of the shoot, I asked her to share her favorite quotes on confidence. I think they offer some solid wisdom for us all to keep in mind when we need a boost.
