Working with these two has been so so delightful. Their love is so strong and they celebrated their union in utterly impeccable style at Deer Creek Banquet Facility in the town of Ajax Ontario Canada! The ceremony and reception was full of gorgeous natural light and stunning orange and ivory colored details. My communication with Traceen started well before the planning stages of the wedding. I met her beautiful mother long before I met Traceen at Assana and Darren’s wedding a few years back! Over the time we spent planning their family engagement session, I have seen their family grow with a new baby girl, Zaedyn!

I feel honored to have been a witness at such a special occasion for them and their family. Lascelles, (also known as Steve!) and Traceen  have been through it all together during their relationship. They met at a friend’s birthday party 11 years ago and now have 4 gorgeous children together. It would be impossible to forget this wedding on the 20th of July as it fell on my birthday weekend. I’m just so grateful for the gift to capture their nuptials on such a special weekend. If I had to choose one word to describe the day, I’d say it was about family. Not just the couple’s immediate family because it was evident that Traceen and Steve’s family is extended well beyond just them and the kids. They have a wealth of love and support from parents, friends, brothers, sisters, cousins, aunt, uncles, god-parents, care-givers, and grand-parents. It was so beautiful to witness. The day was all about love from each and every one of them. People traveled from near and far to take part and to wish the newlyweds well. There are too many special moments to name, but enjoy a few of my favorite photos right here from this gorgeous wedding.
