I have another beautiful engagement to share today! Tenisha and Pierre spent a few hours exploring the lovely Casa Loma. This castle is the type you dream of living in when you’re a little girl! How We Met

We met at church when we were 16 years old. Pierre was the new kid at congregation. We became friends but over the years we have grown to cherish each other and our friendship flourished into the love we now have for each other. After being friends for almost 10 years we went on our first date, The Sultran’s Tent in Downtown. We had a lovely dinner than stayed and watched the belly dancers perform.

How He Proposed

It was my 30th birthday. I decided I wanted to celebrate it by having a brunch with 30 women who have positively impacted my life. At then end of the brunch i was thanking all the women for attending and sharing how much each of them meant to me. Pierre came up and wanted to say a few words about me… He wanted to honour me for the woman I’ve become and that’s when he got down on one knee and proposed!

What are some things you look forward to once you’re married?

We are both really excited to LEGALIZE IT!! We love spending time together travelling and experiencing new adventures and journeys. One of our favourite things to do together is try new places to eat!
