Joycelyn is an inspiring lady and the first of 2016 to be featured on my Fearless Friday series. Enjoy this interview and be sure to share her story with others that may need a little motivation to be fearless and pursue their dreams.
What do you do?
My name is Joycelyn Pabi, I am the Owner, Event Designer, and Planner for The Rhema Experience which is located in the GTA. Having over six years of experience in the industry, I specialize in corporate and social events such as traditional & white weddings, birthdays for various age groups & custom gift sets. At The Rhema Experience we ensure our clients leave satisfied with our service, making them feel royal in every way.

I am passionate about creating, putting together and executing unique & fun events.
How did you get started?
I started off a couple of years back as a hobby I did for my friends, family and local church members. Realizing how much I enjoyed it, I decided to take it to the next level and made it into a business. I would definitely say that The Rhema Experience started from a place of passion, determination and hard work. The rest is history!
How do you stay inspired?
I stay inspired by continuously learning new & innovative ideas to help create unique events for my clients by keeping up with current ideas on decoration designs, venues, gift ideas, media and technology. I make sure every event is an experience from which I can learn from and in turn create an exceptional vision for future clients.

The biggest challenge I have over come is the battle of the mind. Fear of when is the right time to start, or how to be ahead of the game. The Key to being a head of the game is getting started!
Any advice for others that want to follow on a similar path?
To be outstanding, you need to stand out. There is nothing more fulfilling than waking up each morning knowing you are living life to your full potential. Even though things may get rough along the way, never give up on your dreams! Be a go-getter and set the bar high. In life, the sky is the limit and nothing is impossible once you set your mind to it.
